1. CLEAN HOME GUARANTEE: if we don’t leave the work area as clean as it was before we started you save another $100.
2. 24-HOUR SERVICE: if a problem occurs during the warranty period, we’ll have cooling or heating in your home within 24 hrs or we’ll pay for you to spend the night in a hotel (temporary cooling or heating may apply).
3. ENERGY REDUCTION GUARANTEE: if you don’t save at least 5% (per seer above your old system), on your energy consumption in the first year, we’ll pay the difference.
4. COMPRESSOR REPLACEMENT FOR 14 SEER SPLIT SYSTEM: if the compressor fails within 10 years, we’ll replace the compressor with a new one, for free.

   COMPRESSOR REPLACEMENT FOR 16 SEER SPLIT SYSTEM OR HIGHER: if the compressor fails within 99 years, we’ll replace the condenser with a new one, for free.
