4-Point Guarantee

At TSC Air, we take pride in offering the following:

1. Clean Home Guarantee: We promise to leave your work area as clean as it was before we started, or you’ll save an additional $100.
2. 24-Hour Service: If an issue arises during the warranty period, we’ll restore your home’s heating or cooling within 24 hours. If we can’t, we’ll cover the cost of a hotel stay for you (temporary solutions may apply).
3. Energy Reduction Guarantee: Save at least 5% on your energy consumption in the first year with our system, or we’ll pay the difference.
4. Compressor Replacement: For 14 SEER split systems, if the compressor fails within 10 years, we’ll replace it for free. For 16 SEER split systems or higher, if the compressor fails within 99 years, we’ll replace the condenser at no cost.
